This highly commended training is delivered by our experienced trainers and facilitators and autistic people. It truly empowers all those who participate to get their voices heard.

Our training will provide:

Delivered in an interactive workshop style, the morning will provide an opportunity to explore the dynamics and challenges of autism and co-existing mental health conditions. In addition, we will discuss what constitutes good well being and how autistic adults achieve good wellbeing.

Insight into the unique perspective of autistic people through listening to a panel of men and women who share their experiences of mental health issues and services.

The panel will be followed by smaller discussion groups where you will have the opportunity to engage, explore and ask questions of our panellists to aid you in developing your own practice in supporting autistic individuals.

Delegates will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance on completion of the course.

Please note: This course will not cover the basic understanding of autism so previous knowledge is required, either through attendance at a CAAS (or other equivalent) training.

Refreshments and lunch will be provided. Please specify any dietary requirements upon booking. 

Ticket Price: £40 Subsidised / £75 

We have 15 subsided places available at a rate of £40 per person. Any further bookings will be at the standard rate of £75 per person.
