Legal and Policy Minimize

You should be aware of your child's legal rights in relation to disability. These laws bind your statutory services - health, education and social services. They are obliged to ensure that they are acting within the law when providing services to your child.

More often than not this is the case, but once in a while, if you feel you are being treated unfairly, it is worth doing a bit of homework and having a look at what the law says.
