Crossroads Care - West London

We provide a respite service for carers in their own homes, usually for three hours once a week. Our staff are carefully selected and trained care workers who will care for the young person for 3 hours, either staying at home, or going out to access activities in the community. A care plan will be carefully devised in partnership with parents.

We also hold 2 after-school club sessions a week at the Southall Activity Centre for children with a range of needs aged 11-16. At club, children are able to form new friendships, develop skills for daily living and to try new activities.

Families use either the home based service, or after school club, but not both, in order to provide a service to as many families as possible.
