Are your staff trained and CRB checked?

All staff receive ongoing training and are CRB checked.

Can I become a volunteer with Southall Contact a Family?

We are always looking for volunteers to help with activities. Please phone the office for more information (020 8571 6381).

Can I bring other children in the family?

Yes. Brothers and sisters under 5 years old are welcome.

Can I just come to P.E.S.T.S?

Yes if you have a child aged 0 to 5 with a disability / special need and you have spoken to the Outreach Worker.

Can Sure Start pay for my childcare?

No, Sure Start does not pay for childcare. Support for childcare is through Working Tax Credit or local colleges if you are a student.

Can you help fill in benefit forms in Asian languages?

Yes, staff speak English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

Can you help me if I live outside the borough of Ealing?

Unfortunately, we are only funded to support families in Ealing but you can contact our National Freephone Helpline (0808 808 3555) for information on services and support groups in your area.

Yes we can provide advice, help with filling in forms and advocacy in appealing decisons but we cannot provide legal representation.
