During this 4 week course with Geraldine Daly you will learn a variety of strategies to help manage or alleviate your stress and anxiety. Relaxation time incorporated into every session.

  • Understanding how stress affects us
  • Mindfulness strategies
  • Breathing techniques
  • Visualization techniques
  • Guided relaxation sessions
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
  • Coaching exercises

This is a course. You will need to attend each date: 8th March, 15th March, 22nd March and 29th March

You will need to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket with you to each session.

Free for parents and carers who are HACS members.

How do I book?

To book your place on a workshop/course you will need to complete a booking form. Booking forms can be downloaded from the events calendar on our website: www.hacs.org.uk

Your booking will be confirmed by email once payment (if required) has been received.
