  • My Time -  provides flexible, person-centred support throughout the week, which allows people to build community connections and experience new and interesting things.
  • Out and About - is a community-based, social and recreational club for people with learning disabilities. Its aim is to develop new peer support opportunities and enable people to make new friends and lasting relationships.
