Welcome to EalingHELP Minimize

Recently the Ealing Parent Carer Forum ran a workshop with the Hounslow Parent Carer Forum. Luke Clements, Cerebra professor of Law and Social Justice at Leeds University, was the guest speaker on Carers' Rghts.

Apparently this was a very interesting and full day with plenty of useful insights into the exact contents, and ommisions, of the Care Act (2014). He provides a useful guide (Care Act 2014 Overview) to this and lots more information on his website - lukeclements.co.uk. The overview is full of references to relevant court cases and legislation which helps put things in perspective. I have just read through this and found several useful pieces of information relevant to my concerns for Luke's future and other issues I have heard about recently.

There is an extrordinary amount of infomation and resources on his site and I can certainly recommend a visit.
